1. On occasion, goods and/or products from Toys Generation may arrive damaged in transit, or goods/products may have a fault or defect from the manufacturer and/or supplier. In cases where goods and/or products were damaged during transit ("damaged goods"), the damaged goods can be returned by the customer to Toys Generation in their original packaging. In cases where goods and/or products may have had a manufacturing fault or defect from the manufacturer/supplier ("faulty goods"), the faulty goods can be returned by the customer to Toys Generation in their original packaging. Customers must return damaged goods and/or faulty goods within 7 ("seven") days of the original receipt of the goods/products. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Toys Generation will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
