Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
- You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
- Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
Q. Shipping and Handling
Toys Generation process your within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours (except weekends & public holidays).
Shipping is free to West Malaysia for orders RM200 and above (after discount), for orders below RM200 (after discount), the shipping fee is a flat rate of RM10.
For East Malaysia, the postage is based on weighing basis.

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 2-3 working days for West Malaysia and within 7 working days for East Malaysia.
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.
This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.
Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders.
If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of store credits into your account.
Q. What if I received a faulty item?
This rarely happens as we will do checking before ship out, but when it does we are very sorry and will send a replacement/spare part straight away free of charge.
Please contact us and send us a photo/video of the defect so that we can inform the manufacturer/supplier (We will replace for defect item caused by manufcturer only).
If we are out of stock and cannot send you a replacement we will issue you a full and immediate refund.
Q. How does the Reward Points work?
Earn Toys Generation Reward Points to let you shop for FREE! You automatically collect 1 Point for every RM1.00 you spend (after discount).
1 point = RM0.01. You may check your accumulated point in your account.
Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
